Vaccine Injury & SSDI

Injured by a COVID vaccine? That doesn't disqualify you from benefits.

Social Security disability does not ask what caused your condition. It asks only whether the condition keeps you from working full time for at least twelve months. If a vaccine-related condition such as myocarditis or other cardiac problems, neurological injury, clotting disorders, or another related injury has taken your ability to work, you are evaluated exactly like every other claimant. Cause is not a barrier, and it is not a debate we need to win.

A note about vaccine compensation programs

Federal vaccine-injury compensation programs (VICP and CICP) are separate from Social Security and have their own rules and deadlines. Our practice here is Social Security disability, the monthly benefits you earned by working. Our case review asks whether you have filed with those programs because it is useful information, but a compensation claim is not required, and having one does not stop an SSDI claim.

What matters most

The same things that decide every disability claim: consistent medical treatment, documentation that connects your condition to specific work limitations, and meeting Social Security's technical rules on work history. We evaluate all of it in a free case review and tell you honestly where you stand.
