We help people explore Social Security disability when lasting symptoms get in the way of work.
I haven't recovered
from COVID.
Fatigue, brain fog, breathing difficulties, or other lingering symptoms can make working feel out of reach.
Long COVID & disabilityI'm living with a
vaccine-related condition.
If a condition following a COVID vaccine keeps you from working, we can review whether an SSDI or SSI claim may fit.
Vaccine injury & disabilityOne step at a time
You bring your story.
We help with what comes next.
- 01
Tell us your story
A short, plain-English case review, online or by phone. Your answers save as you go, and a family member can do it for you.
- 02
We evaluate it honestly
We review your work history, medical treatment, and the issues that make or break these claims, then tell you by email whether we can take your case.
- 03
We fight for your benefits
From application through appeals and hearings, we handle the process. You pay nothing unless you win, and fees are capped by federal law.
Understanding eligibility
Could you qualify?
You don't need to know the answer before reaching out. These are some of the things we'll look at together.
Your condition keeps you from sustaining any full-time work, not just your old job
Social Security asks whether you could do any job in the national economy, and your condition must have lasted, or be expected to last, at least 12 months.
You worked before you got sick
Recent work with Social Security taxes points to SSDI; limited income and resources point to SSI. Many people qualify for one or both.
You are being treated, or can start treatment
Medical records are the backbone of these claims. If care has been hard to get, tell us. That is a problem we know how to work.
You are under full retirement age
Disability benefits convert to retirement benefits at full retirement age, so claims must come first.
What else should I know about qualifying?
Social Security considers your medical limitations, work history, age, and education. A diagnosis alone does not establish disability. We look at how your condition affects your ability to work and the evidence available to support your claim.
For 2026, the monthly substantial gainful activity amount is $1,690 for non-blind applicants. Special rules can affect how earnings are counted. Read Social Security's earnings guidance, or tell us about your work situation during the review.
The impact on everyday life
More than
a diagnosis.
What matters is how your symptoms affect your ability to work. Tell us what a typical day looks like for you.
These examples are not a diagnosis or a finding of vaccine causation. Eligibility depends on your individual circumstances and medical evidence.

Questions
are welcome.
Here are a few we hear often. If yours isn't here, give us a call.
(330) 800-0609Does it matter whether COVID or the vaccine caused my condition?
No. Social Security disability is not about what caused your condition. It is about whether your condition keeps you from working. Long COVID and vaccine-related conditions are evaluated the same way as any other medical condition.
What does it cost to hire you?
There is no fee unless you win. Fees in Social Security cases are set by federal law, come out of your back pay, and are capped by the Social Security Administration. The case review is free.
I was already denied. Is it too late?
A denial does not have to be the end of your claim. Generally, you have 60 days after receiving the decision notice to appeal. Check the deadline in your notice and act promptly; requesting a case review here does not file an appeal or extend that deadline.
How long does the process take?
Initial decisions commonly take six months or more, and appeals can add a year or longer. Starting sooner protects your rights, preserves evidence, and starts the clock on back pay.
What if I can't fill out forms because of brain fog or fatigue?
A family member or caregiver can complete our case review for you. The first question asks who is filling it out. You can also simply call us and we will take your information by phone.
