Deadlines are your responsibility until we are engaged

Social Security deadlines are short. Unless and until the Firm signs a fee agreement with you, you remain responsible for every deadline in your matter.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information, attempting to access others' information, or interfering with the site's operation.

Text messages (SMS)

The Pfleiderer Firm may send informational text messages from (330) 400-2802 to a mobile number you provide, if you opt in on this Site. Messages are case-status, appointment, and information-request updates related to your disability claim. We do not send marketing or promotional texts and we never include medical detail in texts.

Message frequency varies with case activity (up to several messages per week when a case is active). Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive texts is not required to request a case review or hire the firm. See our privacy policy.
